  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Finance & Accounts Manager / Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial accounting and reporting: Preparation of audited financial statements in compliance to professional accounting standards and external auditor requirements, supporting business new ventures through providing finance and accounting advice, and supporting initiatives to adopt new accounting standards
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between all finance teams and facilitate communication on financial matters
  • Consolidation of accounts for all companies for reporting to Sunview head office. Preparing/reviewing Group management reporting, business segment reporting, forecast/budget and corporate cost allocation
  • Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: Manage financial statements for foreign entities, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with international standards (IFRS or GAAP)
  • Taxation & Compliance
  • Currency & Exchange Rate Management
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Audit & Internal Control

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance and/or a related field (CPA, ACCA certification preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years working experience with a minimum of 3 years of work related to group reporting, group treasury etc.
  • Work experience with property development and construction companies will be an advantage.
  • Must have good working knowledge of relevant technical knowledge such as taxation, financial reporting standards, Companies Act and/or Bursa listing requirements.
