Qualifications & experience

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Demonstrate good working attitude and good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to speak fluently in Mandarin will be huge advantage as the role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking staff and stakeholders.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Implement recruiting, talent acquisition and interviewing process for new employment.
  • Look after and be responsible for the onboarding process for new hires
  • Organise job training programmes, activities and oversee employee’s development & satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance evaluation for employees to make sure team efficiency & quality
  • Support career advancement to employees.
  • Manage employee relations as well as ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
  • Any other ad-hoc task being assigned by superior.
