  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Currently in the Property Division, we aim to address the growing need for affordable housing by developing homes across Peninsular Malaysia.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive (Property) at Scientex Jenjarom. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling affordable homes developed by the company. Daily tasks include engaging with potential buyers, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales agreements, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience in the real estate or property industry
  • Knowledge of property market trends and regulations
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Willing to travel and station at Scientex Jenjarom Sales Gallery.
  • Two (2) full time positions needed.
