Job Description:

  • Organize and manage the Quality Assurance Department to ensure that quality of products comply with customer requirement.
  • Accountable and responsible for the smooth and effective functioning of the Quality Assurance System including sections IQA, QC online, QAFG & QA/QOM Packaging.
  • Improve internal quality performance and reduce customer complaints.
  • Manage Quality System to comply to GMP, QMS & EMS.
  • To implement and evaluate quality strategies and system to ensure conformity of parts to quality standards.
  • Respond to Customer Issues Regarding Product Quality and Quality Systems.
  • Responsible for customer enquires related to quality issue, customer claim, customer return and coordinate customer audit.
  • Conduct root cause investigations when quality issues do arise, communicate, findings and train staff on improvements / preventative measures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to communicate and meet customer’s requirements.
  • Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Bio Technology, Chemistry, Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Preferably in Cosmetics/Personal Care or Food Industry.
  • At least 4 year (s) of working experience in the QA, with knowledge in ISO9001, 14001 and GMP.
  • Senior QA Executive or Assistant QA Manager with leadership qualities and good attitude is encouraged to apply.
