Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive (Chinese Speaking) with experience in e-commerce platforms like Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada. If you're passionate about driving online sales, creating engaging content, and boosting website traffic, this role is perfect for you!

  • What do we need you to do?

    • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms.
    • Execute and optimize performance media (Shopee & Lazada in-platform ads, CPAS, Google AdWords, Meta Ads, Tiktok ads, and other digital media) to achieve maximum Return on Investment (ROI)
    • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive a strong return on investment (ROAS)
    • Create engaging and compelling content to attract and retain customers.
    • Drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms through various digital marketing strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
    • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
    • Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community.
    • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and e-commerce platform updates.
    • Track and report on key performance metrics.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu
    • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically on Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, or similar platforms.
    • Strong understanding of e-commerce and online sales strategies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative mindset with a passion for creating engaging content.
    • Ability to drive traffic and increase online visibility.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in SEO and SEM.
    • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
