We are a global manufacturer specializing in optical inspection, measurement and automated handling equipment for front-end and back-end of Semiconductor industry processes.

In line with the business expansion, we are currently seeking a motivated candidate to fill the vacancy of Executive - Finance & Accounts (Based in Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam).

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and maintain full set accounts.
  • Perform daily accounting operations in accounts payable and receivable, credit control, creditors’ payments and other related daily tasks.
  • Verify employee's claim, corporate credit card report, commissions and etc.
  • Coordinate and maintain bank facilities (LC/TR/BG and etc).
  • Maintain and control petty cash claims.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports, variance analysis, annual financial budget and forecast.
  • Coordinate and handle taxation, audit and secretarial-related matters, draft audited reports and provide information for tax return submission.
  • Other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
  • Candidate with working experience is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated with a good personality and working attitude.
