JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Executive for Human Resources and Administration will be assisting the Manager, overseeing and supervise day-to-day Human Resources and Administration tasks handling staff and office welfare matters.
• Recruitment:
o Involve in recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts.
o Manage the updating of internship job postings on university job portals and conduct candidate screenings for interviews.
• Handbook and Procedures
o Ensure company policies and procedures are in compliance with government regulations
o Review HR operational documents e.g., Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, Contract of Employment, etc.
• Performance management
Assist the HR Manager in conducting performance appraisal.
• Compensation and Benefits
Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc.
Manage E-claim and E-leave.
• Employee Relations:
Bridge management and employees’ relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Nurture a positive and conducive working environment.
Responsible for onboarding and induction activities and offboarding procedures.
Plan employee engagement activities in the Company.
• Training and Development:
Arrange internal/external training for employees.
Handling HRD Corp Levy and Grant applications for employee training
• Manpower Planning:
Assist in preparing monthly management manpower reports.
Assist in computing manpower indicators and conducting data analysis for management updates/decision-making.
• Administration
Overseeing the administration tasks i.e., office maintenance, pantry, office cleanliness, and safety environment for employee’s comforts.
To perform ad hoc duties given by superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, People Management, or any related field.
o Familiar with Autocount systems
o Familiar with all local statutory portal – EPF, PERKESO-ASSIST, LHDN-Mytax, HRDF-etris, SSM
o Professional certificates or relevant advanced degrees preferred.
o Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as Human Resource Generalist. Experienced in the Oil and Gas industries would be added advantage.
o Strong work ethic, attitude, ability to work under pressure, and quick thinking are essential.
o Good interpersonal skills including the ability to express yourself well, articulate and persuasive, good teamwork skills, responsible, and organized.
o Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin is an added advantages
o Preferably to START immediately or within a short notice of period
