Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. As an HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our HR strategies with the business goals at HLA. You will work closely with senior management and employees to provide strategic HR support, drive organizational effectiveness, and foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including recruitment, retention, performance management, and succession planning.
• Implement HR policies and programs that align with business objectives and comply with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs and support the implementation of development programs.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and develop actionable insights to improve HR processes.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in Malaysia.
• Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently
