Job Responsibilities:

1) Order Processing:

  • Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verifying order details before shipment to ensure the prompt delivery of goods.
  • Updating inventory records and sales report data.
  • Prepare and verify sales-related documents such as sales order.
  • Resolving billing & inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensuring the items' quality and quantity to prevent order delays and customer complaints.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, product availability, delivery status, and pricing.

2) Strengthen sales operations

  • Support Key Account team and Retail Executive team for GWP and product replacements supports.
  • Taking measures steps to ensure sufficient stocks and avoid sales losses.

3) Others

  • Any other tasks as assigned by superior/company.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM / Diploma in business or any related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in English and Malay .Chinese
