Job Responsibilities:
1) Order Processing:
- Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verifying order details before shipment to ensure the prompt delivery of goods.
- Updating inventory records and sales report data.
- Prepare and verify sales-related documents such as sales order.
- Resolving billing & inventory discrepancies.
- Ensuring the items' quality and quantity to prevent order delays and customer complaints.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, product availability, delivery status, and pricing.
2) Strengthen sales operations
- Support Key Account team and Retail Executive team for GWP and product replacements supports.
- Taking measures steps to ensure sufficient stocks and avoid sales losses.
3) Others
- Any other tasks as assigned by superior/company.
Job Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma in business or any related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in English and Malay .Chinese
