This dual-role position is responsible for creating compelling graphics that align with the company’s brand and executing effective digital marketing campaigns. The candidate will play a key role in both the design and marketing efforts, contributing to the company's visual identity and online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Graphic Design:

  • Develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Design and manage the production of promotional materials for both print and digital formats.
  • Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and incorporate them into projects where appropriate.

2.Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Manage and monitor social media platforms, creating engaging content and responding to customer interactions.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to refine and improve strategies.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the website.

3.Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare detailed reports on the performance of graphic design projects, including feedback and improvement suggestions.
  • Document the progress and outcomes of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that key metrics and data are accurately recorded.
  • Maintain organized records of design files, marketing collateral, and campaign analytics.
  • Generate insights from data to inform future design and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce regular reports for management on design and marketing activities, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Basic 3D Skill) is a must.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
