Key Responsibilities:
1.Graphic Design:
- Develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Design and manage the production of promotional materials for both print and digital formats.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and incorporate them into projects where appropriate.
2.Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Manage and monitor social media platforms, creating engaging content and responding to customer interactions.
- Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to refine and improve strategies.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the website.
3.Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare detailed reports on the performance of graphic design projects, including feedback and improvement suggestions.
- Document the progress and outcomes of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that key metrics and data are accurately recorded.
- Maintain organized records of design files, marketing collateral, and campaign analytics.
- Generate insights from data to inform future design and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to produce regular reports for management on design and marketing activities, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
