Work Shifts (Three shifts - fixed shifts, no rotation required):
Morning Shift: 08-16 Required: 7 positions
Afternoon Shift: 16-00 Required: 7 positions
Night Shift: 00-08 Required: 6 positions

After joining, initial training will be conducted during a 10:00-18:00 training shift for 1-3 months (actual training time depends on individual learning ability). After the training, work will be assigned according to the recruited shift.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Adding, modifying, and maintaining customer information in CRM.
  • Operating system platforms, data analysis, and case verification.
  • Controlling financial risks and assisting with periodic audits of business stages.
  • Compiling daily work cases, collecting and providing feedback on work status.
  • Possessing high sensitivity and adaptability.
  • Completing daily work handovers and tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Internal communication, cross-departmental communication, and handovers.
  • Routine report recording and compilation.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Required Skills:

    • Mandarin - Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
    • Mandarin typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
    • Proficiency in Office applications
