Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers to verify details and information for Home Appliances orders.
  • Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls regarding product inquiries and services.

  • Patient, empathetic, with strong listening skills and situational awareness.
  • Ability to adapt to change swiftly and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
