Your new role

  • Delivering excellent customer service through phone or email/chat to customers in Japan
  • Conducting order management; informing customers about latest events and activities
  • Identifying process improvements to enhance customer service
  • Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers


What you'll need to succeed

  • First-language-level or Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1/2 level)
  • 1-5 years of call centre / customer service experience, including handling phone calls
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Positive attitude and persistence
