Injection Molding Technican

1. Coordinate the production of the shift and rationalize the production of the personnel on the shift. Reward and punishment and evaluation.
2. responsible for the debugging of injection molding machines and technical problems in the process of injection molding, as well as the preparation of the molding conditions table.
3. Responsible for the technical training and work instruction of the personnel in this shift.
4. Responsible for the maintenance of the IATF16949 system.
5. Responsible for proposing and following up on mold modifications and production handover of the shift.
6. Responsible for the production capacity of this shift and production tracking.
7. Inspect the shop for any improper operation and correct it.
8. Carry out all the work ordered by the supervisor.

Certification:

1. Familiar with the injection molding workshop's various processes and operations, understanding the working principle and characteristics of a variety of injection molding machines.
2. Familiar with a variety of plastic injection molding processes and characteristics of the injection molding process so abnormalities can be eliminated promptly.
3. Have a strong sense of quality, and understand the ISO quality system operation process.
4. Basic ability to direct the work of subordinates.
