Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all HR functions.
- Assist in payroll related matters.
- Manage leave & attendance, including leave type entry, entitlement, application and daily employee’s attendance.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipeline for organizational effectiveness.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, salary negotiation to on-boarding.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Good in Time Management, Organizing, Communication and Problem-Solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
