CRITERIA
-Manage recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
-Dealing with government agencies over regulatory approvals and other relevant permits/ license/ applications relating to business
-Ensure insurances (staffs and company vehicles) are renewed in a timely manner and in accordance with the Company’s policy
-To prepare the training dan development documents, and organize the training programs
-To check and prepare daily and monthly for employee attendance
-Manage expatriate employment pass processing, including quota application, new application, renewal and cancellation.
-To undertake other ad-hoc task/projects pertaining to human resource functions as and when required.
-Prepare payroll sheet.
-Prepare monthly staff settlement.
REQUIREMENT
-Candidate must possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations or equivalent.
-Have an experience in Human Resources Management is added advantage.
-Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
-Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws (advantageous)
-Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills
