Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Wellness Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our wellness center. The Wellness Center Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the wellness center, optimizing patient satisfaction, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily wellness center operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to optimize workflow.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and center operations.
  • Manage schedules, including patient appointments and staff shifts.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, including medical supplies and equipment.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including administrative and clinical teams.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Address any staff concerns or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

Patient Relations:

  • Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by addressing patient concerns and feedback.
  • Implement patient-centered care practices and improve patient experience.
  • Monitor and manage patient flow to minimize wait times.

Financial Management:

  • Manage clinic budgets, including revenue, expenses, and so on.
  • Ensure accurate billing and coding practices are followed.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Prepare for and manage external audits and inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in wellness, aesthetic clinic industry
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
