- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Property Managment, Building Management or equivalent.
- Those without relevant qualifications but with 5 years or more relevant experience will be considered.
- Those with relevant qualifications and working experience in the related field will have an advantage.
- Posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be familiar with governing Acts (JMB, Strata Title, HAD, Building by Laws).
- Posses strong interpersonal skills and organizational skill with good follow-through and attention details.
- A high level of maturity, able to plan, conceptualize, implement and be responsible for post completion activities.
- Computer literate with a good command of oral and written communication skills in English.
- Remuneration shall be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- To oversee the daily operations of the building in accordance with policies and procedures.
- To lead and supervise admin personnel, technicians, guards, and cleaners to effectively manage the operational efficiency of the building.
- To conduct regular site inspections of the estate's premises including infrastructure, amenities, etc., with a view for safety of proprietors and/or its residents.
- To ensure the collections are up to date daily.
- To supervise service providers, contractors, etc., to ensure adherence to work scope.
- To attend to the occupants'/tenants' complaints and rectify immediately if they come under the landlord's service.
- To obtain and supervise commercial tenants to fulfill resident's needs.
- To be able to plan, prepare and take minutes at meetings.
