Qualifications & experience

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM, Diploma or other higher qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 year working experience in sales admin is preferred.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and literate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Advance level in MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
  • Able to work in Klang, Selangor.
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • To handle sales and loan documentations, progress billings, credit control, etc
  • To generate progress billing, reminders, monitor and follow up on the outstanding sum.
  • To prepare and update the payment status and sales status report to Account Department.
  • To perform data entries and update records using software system.
  • To attend to billings, collections, correspondence and follow up with buyers on their loan to ensure prompt payment by liaising with property agents, lawyers and bankers.
  • To handle CCC matters and Vacant Possession in the given timeline.
  • Any other duties/ task assigned by the management from time to time.
