Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee financial and accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payables, accounts receivable, and treasury functions. Report to the Finance Manager and CFO.
  • Ensure the General Ledger is updated timely and accurately, following financial policies and procedures.
  • Review current tax and deferred tax computations, audited financial statements, and tax returns prepared by accountants.
  • Implement accounting and financial procedures to ensure compliance with standards and policies. Liaise with financial institutions, auditors, tax agents, and other statutory bodies on related matters.
  • Prepare annual budgets, business plans, and periodic projections. Analyze monthly variances between budget and actual numbers.
  • Perform any projects and duties assigned by the management.

    • Job Requirements:

    1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional qualification/ Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent such as ACCA/ CIMA.

    2. Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position. Audit/ tax compliance experience will be an added advantage.

    3. Solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs), Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI.

    4. A matured self-starter with interpersonal and leadership skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels.

    5. A team player with the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
