Cluster Head Nurse - MNC Dialysis Centre (ID: 647437)

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic planning, implementation, evaluation & management of services.
• Provide leadership, support & guidance for staff within the department.
• Strategic manpower management of all clinics, to ensure that services are managed effectively & safely. To increase labour productivity for each clinic.
• Monitor & drive operation and financial perofrmance of clinic network.
• Effectively manage risk & assess opportunities for continuous improvement. Plan and drive changes to better the performance of clinic operations.
• Manage all key messages & marketing information released to patients.
• Ensure all operational function meet relevant government and legal requirements. Arrange for BCLS / AED training for clinical staff.
• Responsible for performance in Clinical KPIs.
• Managing expectations and conflict from Medical Directors. Update rounding nephrologist practicing licenses.
• Participate in annual budgeting process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in nursing from an accredited university with at least 5 years in acute/outpatient care setting or related facility is necessary.
• Experience in putting together project roadmaps and planning.
• The ability to work independently in a face-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to handle inevitable objections, inspire trust and generate project enthusiasm.
• The ability to work independently in a face-paced environment.
• Business travelling as and when required.
