Job Purpose
To be part of a dynamic team in supporting the Human Resources team to be the backbone of the organization specializing in Payroll and HR services.
Main Tasks
- To process monthly payrolls including computation of commission, overtime and verify employee claims for assigned country(ies).
- To monitor and process staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, adjustment, appraisal, exit management and etc.
- To update and maintain HRM system records on changes such as tax computation, allowances, deductions and etc.
- To ensure compliance of statutory requirements and submission to all related organizations in accordance to the deadlines.
- To manage internal and external enquiries in relations to payroll related issues.
- To register, maintain and monitor daily Time and Attendance records for all employees.
- To assist in monitoring Company's insurance scheme, registration and de-registration, update coverage and coordinate insurance claims.
- To participate in new initiatives especially in Learning & Development and Employee Engagement activities when needed.
- To perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned to you from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management / Business administration or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in payroll and HR shared services.
- Detail oriented, Good computer skills, number skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in both speaking and writing in English.
- Mandarin speaking & writing is a must to deal with China agencies and officials.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with systematic attempt.
- Willing to work at Taman Melawati, KL.
