Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven Sales Consultant (Hybrid) to play a key role in expanding our client base in both the B2C and B2B sectors. This role combines lead generation, solution selling, and relationship management to drive sales across both online and offline platforms, with a focus on health, beauty, and wellness solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and generate leads creatively through online channels and beyond.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients, focusing on individual customers (B2C) as well as key industries and businesses that would benefit from our comprehensive wellness solutions (B2B).
  • Engage with B2C clients to understand their personal health goals and present tailored solutions, including our signature transformation programs and nutritional offerings.
  • For B2B, connect with business owners to offer our health and beauty solutions as revenue-generating opportunities for their customers.
  • Handle walk-in, call-in and online inquiries through social media, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
  • Educate and guide clients on the advantages of using our digital platforms and tools to enhance their results (B2C) or grow their businesses (B2B).
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for both individual (B2C) and business client (B2B) acquisitions, sales conversions, and program signups.
  • Monitor progress and report regularly on sales activities, client feedback, and lead generation efforts.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the B2C or B2B sectors.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and B2C/B2B sales processes.
  • Knowledge in the beauty, health, and wellness industry.
  • Experience in face-to-face & tele-consultation would be an advantage.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and/or English with additional language skills in Bahasa Malaysia as a plus point.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in sales and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client relationships and projects effectively.

Additional Info:

  • Location: Subang USJ, Selangor
  • Salary Range : RM3,000 – RM5,000 (depending on Experience)
  • Potential Earning : RM6,000 to RM9,000 (basic salary + sales commission and bonuses).
