Security Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Security Manager to join our team and oversee the protection of our assets and supply chain security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security protocols and regulations, with a proactive approach to maintaining safety and compliance within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain TAPA, FSR, and supply chain security requirements to safeguard company assets.
• Conduct thorough investigations as when necessary, ensuring all incidents are properly addressed and resolved.
• Develop and enforce comprehensive security and safety protocols to prevent sabotage, theft, vandalism, and mishandling of company or entrusted properties.
• Formulate and enforce security procedures, company rules, and regulations to uphold organizational objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Foster a safe and healthy working environment by promoting and implementing safety practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Implement contingency plans to address security threats effectively and minimize potential risks to company properties and entrusted assets.
• Ensure prompt submission of detailed reports outlining critical preventive measures for the security and safety of company properties, personnel, and freight.
• Uphold and implement company objectives and policies to the highest standards of excellence.
• Conduct briefings, training sessions, and audits related to ISO, safety, TAPA, environmental, and security practices.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, in a similar industry.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, regulations, and best practices such as ISO, Occupational Safety and Health, TAPA, FSR, CTPAT and supply chain security requirements
• Able to conduct investigative work, security-related audit, and document security processes and procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate.
• Possess a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
