Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2 years in customer service industries (Front office positions)
- Fluent in English and Malay. Mandarin is a bonus.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Customer service- to understand and arrange for customers' requests
- Able to communicate with colleagues and guests in fluent English, Malay and preferably Mandarin too
- Basic admin and accounting tasks, accurate cooperation with Accounts team
- Arrange schedule and shifts for masseuses
- Check inventory balance and liaise with Procurement to avoid 'Out of Stock'
- Ensure all WhatsApp & social media messages are replied to, in a professional manner
