Purpose, Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and provide coaching and guidance to regional team within the organization,
- Gathering feedbacks and ideas for new products development or existing products enhancements.
- Perform competitor analysis, identify strategic market position for company’s products.
- Review product design prior to development.
- Coordinate and organize product documentation.
- Serve as the product specialist for the product / solutions.
- Responsible in pre-sales activities.
- Provide product training, consultancy services and technical advice to clients.
- Coordinate project implementation and provide post-production support to clients.
- To work closely with sales team in technical sales presentations.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field
- Possess strong interpersonal and team player who is able to work independently
- Good analytical & problem solving skills and innovative thinking abilities
- Strong presentation, project management and planning skills
- Excellent written and spoken in English & Malay.
- This position is open to Malaysian citizens only.
