Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing, preferably in the construction or industrial building sector.
Strong knowledge of Industrial Building System (IBS) processes, precast concrete production, and modular construction techniques.
Proficiency in CAD software, ERP systems, and other relevant production management tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
