- Assisting an established Insurance Manager as Customer Service Representative.
- After sale service: handling customer requests across various communication channels (included but not limited to: phone calls, emails, live chats, etc...)
- Managing office admin tasks including updating payment collections, updating policy information, handling claims, etc…
- Review policies and advice accordingly.
- Social Media posting & updates.
- Perform any other assigned task.
