HR Executive

JOB SUMMARY:

The HR Executive manages and directs all HR tasks related with the recruitment, payroll, statutory submission, staff reimbursement and medical claim and insurance for the Company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Payroll: Responsible for human resource management for dedicated first point of contact for employees seeking advice on payroll, compensations and benefits, and attendance matter. Providing customer service to organization employees.
• Payroll: Responsible for employee epf, socso, eis, hrdf, tax, borang EA, medical claim, reimbursement, insurance and related affairs.
• Recruitment: Execute the entire recruitment process including administering the manpower requisition process, deliver quality candidates by sourcing, screening, interviewing, vetting and assessing applicants that match the qualifications, skills and the experience specified by the hiring managers to ensure right talent obtained within the timeline. To close the manpower requisition within 30 working days from the manpower requested date.
• Documentation: Secures documentations by utilizing filling and server retrieval systems.
• Reports: Prepare reports which related with the ER/ IR.
• Back-up role: Perform role as a backup for HRA Manager as and when required. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any relevant field.
• Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Able to manage payroll processing (250 headcounts).
• Knowledge and experience in using mywave payroll system will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Logistics industry an added advantage.
• Maturity in thinking and problem solving.
• Willing work at Bukit Minyak and possess own transport.
• Can report in short notice.
