Lead and manage the overall company brand portfolio to deliver the brand objectives through comprehensive planning and ensure effectiveness of marketing strategies to win with customers and consumers, whilst leading the team towards achievement of portfolio objectives and targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear and sustainable portfolio strategy to gain market share leadership, leveraging on consumer insights, market knowledge & category trends. Drive profitable growth of the portfolio, enhances individual brand strength, and lead to unleash category growth opportunities.
  • Translate portfolio strategy into yearly strategic action plan by brands, grow profitable market share through clear and consistent communication on brand promise & win with consumer via strong brand equity and differentiation versus competition.
  • Generate consumer and end user insights that drive category, portfolio and brand strategies and plans, in order to create and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Develop good understanding of company businesses, including strength & competitive advantage, category challenges & its implications, in order to enable strategic decisions on the portfolio and brands.
  • Develop effective through-the-line brand communication (advertising, sponsorship, point of purchase, pricing, packaging etc.) through excellence in objective setting, choice of consumer touch points, and creative work. Follow through to ensure a best-in-class execution of all brand activities (on time, on budget, on strategy and on target) throughout the organisation, to consistently achieve the desired strategic impact.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies designed to achieve brand objectives. Responsible for overall third-party digital vendors including distributors, development partners, technology vendors and consultants to support overall digital marketing platform.
  • Optimise and streamline brand portfolio and brand profitability to ensure activity ROI is achieved in a sustainable way, avoiding duplication / competing brands within the similar portfolio.
  • Develop a strong team consisting of high performing & motivated direct reports, drive passion in brand advocate internally & externally, support to train on category & product knowledge as part of capability development in the organisation.
  • Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in brand management and brand marketing.
