  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of Human Resource function including payroll, recruitment, compensation, trainings & developments and industrial relations.
  • Contact point for HR enquiries and matters.
  • Conduct on-boarding & induction activities and perform off-boarding processes.
  • Manage and maintain HR datas, records, personal files.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, forms and tools.
  • Involved in employees engagement activities.
  • Liaise with government agencies and authorities e.g. EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, JTK, KSM, Immigration etc ensuring compliance to latest rules and regulations.
  • Involved in management of Foreign Workers such as recruitment, disciplinary issues, accommodation arrangements/compliance and audit, permit/passport renewals, medical check-up and treatments etc.
  • Prepare periodical reports such as Training Need Analysis, Manpower Analysis, Leave Summary, Salary and Claims Reports etc.
  • Participate in Food Safety and Health and Safety Management Systems.
  • Perform other duties as and when required.

    • Requirements:

    • A Degree in Human Resources or related field
    • At least Three (3) years working experience in Human Resources
    • Well versed with Malaysian Labour Law (Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relation Act)
    • Computer literate and skilled in MS Office applications
    • Proficient in English & Malay
    • Possess own transportation and with valid driving license
    • Able to multitask, confident and meticulous
    • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in managing all stakeholders
    • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
