Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation & Setup: Install and configure equipment and systems according to specifications.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, both onsite and remotely.
  • Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks and updates on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory.
  • Client Support: Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring they understand the equipment and systems.
  • Collaboration: Work with other team members to address complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Posses at least a sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM)/Diplomain automotive or equivalent.
  • Preferably posses at least 1 year of working experience as technician in an automotive repair workshop.
  • Must posses some knowledge & experience in the servicing & repairing of automobiles.
  • Posses a valid class D driving license.
