Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join our team, primarily responsible for executing marketing strategies, especially in collaboration with external vendors. This role involves managing both offline branding efforts and digital marketing initiatives across various projects and companies within our portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison between the organization and external vendors, including agencies, suppliers, printers, and event organizers. Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing activities outsourced to vendors, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Execution of Marketing Strategies: Lead the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies developed by the marketing team, focusing on both offline and online channels. Ensure the smooth execution of campaigns, events, and activations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Branding and Identity Management: Support the maintenance and elevation of the brand image and identity across all marketing touchpoints, working closely with vendors to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables.
  • Digital Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to manage digital marketing channels such as SEO optimization, and online advertising. Provide guidance and support to vendors to maximize brand exposure and drive results.
  • Manage digital marketing channels: Oversee social media platforms, newsletter campaigns, email marketing, and other digital channels to maximize brand exposure and drive conversion.
  • Offline Marketing Execution: Oversee the execution of offline marketing initiatives, including events, sponsorships, partnerships, and promotional materials. Work closely with vendors to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Content Coordination: Facilitate the creation and delivery of marketing content across various channels, coordinating with vendors to produce high-quality materials that resonate with the target audience and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Budget Monitoring and Reporting: Assist in monitoring marketing budgets and expenditures related to vendor activities. Provide regular reports and updates on vendor performance, expenditure, and ROI to senior management.
  • Content Creation and Management: Write engaging articles that are relevant to what our company does, highlighting our products, services, and industry insights. Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective content delivery.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering collaboration and effective communication to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize vendor relationships, streamline processes, and drive efficiencies in marketing execution.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by senior management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in addressing evolving business needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing execution roles, with a focus on coordinating activities with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
