  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client “Flexi Versa Group Sdn. Bhd.” is seeking a Business IT Analyst to join their company!

What you’ll be doing?

  • Collecting and documenting business requirements based on requirements provided by Users
  • Modelling business requirements and translating to application and operational requirements
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level supports for business and operation teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP related application issues, determine appropriate actions, discuss actions with stakeholders, implement, review and test approved activities for desired outcomes
  • Test and implement software updates, new system functionality, report development, and queries.
  • Document process changes and communicate effectively with users and vendors; create training documents and facilitate training sessions for end users
  • Design and create relevant reports and provide technical assistance to end users for reporting
  • Provide system training to end users and other relevant staffs
  • Estimates the implementation cost (including change request) based on the agreed requirements
  • Participate in change management activities

Who are they looking for?

  • Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in hands-on design, analysis and providing solutions for ERP systems
  • Experience in modern ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, Epicor and etc) or upgrades working with external ERP vendors
  • Experience in the Manufacturing industry with strong business process acumens and knowledge
  • Experience in supporting businesses and operations in a Manufacturing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, data analysis and attention to details
  • Must be able to multi-task and project manage many tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to work with different levels of people from cross functional teams to proactively identify areas of improvement within all disciplines of the company
  • Require some level of travelling within APAC region
