Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Translate business needs into detail functional specifications.
  • Agree and deliver the milestones in accordance to project plans agreed with stakeholders.
  • Serving as the liaison with vendor and assist in the oversight of the program's development and overall operations.
  • Provide timely project updates to team and stakeholders.
  • Performing and organising user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-implementation support in customers or system-related issues.
  • Maintaining agreed level of project and system documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business information systems, Information Technology, or higher qualification
  • Experience of IT development lifecycles (SDLC and/or SCRUM)
  • Possess design thinking and skills are an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge in Visual Studio .NET and Microsoft SQL Server tools.
  • Understanding of networks and databases, and experience with query languages such as SQL
  • Passionate with digital transformation and possess relevant track records in handling process re-engineering projects.
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and a responsible attitude
