Responsibilities:

  • Identify and explore new job placement and business opportunities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to candidate placement.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the recruitment industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Ability to build rapport and foster productive client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • A solid understanding of the job market and recruitment trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
