Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore new job placement and business opportunities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to candidate placement.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the recruitment industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Ability to build rapport and foster productive client relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A solid understanding of the job market and recruitment trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
