We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate - Business Analyst. Reporting to the Team Lead, this full-time and permanent position is based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our fund services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the owner of relevant Vistra and Client system and processes.
  • Review the set up and Maintenance of static data on Vistra and Client systems.
  • Ensure data cleansing on systems are performed successfully.
  • Monitor and redirect all client and investor requests and queries to relevant Vistra teams and Vistra locations for request resolutions;
  • Follow up and ensure completions of all requests and queries received.
  • Review all Investor release pre agreed templates, ensuring as per client requests and escalate if any deviations.
  • Esure accurate upload of investor reports and ad hoc reports on system for release.
  • Identify gaps and areas of improvements in Vistra and Client system and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
  • Ensure proper tracking of all deliverables as per set format.
  • Review User Access for Vistra and Client systems.
  • Manage Stakeholder relationships and expectations by developing a communication process.
  • Compliance with internal policies and procedures and adherence with relevant procedure manuals.
  • Any other duties that from time to time may be considered appropriate by your line manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in operation support, process improvement, project coordination or a related role.
  • Experience in accounting field will be a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Able to overcome adversity/resistance to change and influence others to drive the highest results.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Very good team player with distinctive communication skills and high interpersonal competence, high motivation, and positive work attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Capability to proactively figure out next steps and break through stalemate situations.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Possess good communication skills both written and oral, strong stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and understand complex software tools and data models.
  • Posses fund accounting knowledge and familiar with Investran or Salesforce
