Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Interpret trends and patterns from data to guide strategic and operational decisions.
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions (reports, dashboards, and data visualizations) using industry-standard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Ensure BI solutions are scalable, intuitive, and meet business requirements.
- Integrate data from multiple sources to create unified datasets for analysis.
- Implement data quality and governance best practices to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences through clear and compelling presentations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BI and analytics technologies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing BI solutions and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with ERP applications like Microsoft D365 F & O
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and manipulation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Certifications in relevant BI and analytics tools or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Certified Associate).
