What you need to do:

This Tiktok Marketing Operations will handle one of the listed tasks, the Marketing Manager must be experienced in the live streaming industry and able to manage both tasks.

Affiliate Marketing, KOLs/Influencer Collaboration.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with TikTok video/LIVE KOLs
  • Facilitate cooperation through business negotiations, ensuring the achievement of sales GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) targets.
  • Follow up on the business cooperation process, including sending samples to KOLs, managing KOLs' video and LIVE content publication, and tracking sales data.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with potential and high-quality KOLs.

Live Streaming Operation (TikTok)

  • Manage the scheduling and execution of live streams, ensuring all technical and operational aspects are handled smoothly.
  • Support hosts during live streams, monitor performance in real-time, and address any technical issues that arise.
  • Analyze live stream metrics such as view, engagement, and conversion rates, review the reasons behind the performance, and coordinate internal and external resources for rectification and adjustment to ensure continuous growth in conversions.
  • Coordinate with hosts to prepare live stream content, including script preparation and product knowledge.
  • Establish and optimize live stream workflows and operational systems to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness; provide strategic decision-making support for live stream operations through data analysis.

What we need from you:

  • Tiktok Marketing Operations should possess min 1 year of working experience; Marketing Manager should possess min 3 years of working experience in the related fields is required.
  • Strong passion for media, affiliate marketing, and business development.
  • Familiarity with various short video platforms, including TikTok, etc., with personal experience operating these platforms.
  • Strong online business communication skills; candidates with relevant work experience will be given priority.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa is preferred to liaise when stakeholder in China.
