A. Assistant Engineer - Nilai

Responsibilities:

To monitor and control process from DCS for stable operation and troubleshoot at site, in case of a problem.
To ensure that the polymer going to downstream and chips production meets the quality standard in all aspects.
To ensure the production technician and operator perform their work according to procedures and work instructions.
To monitor various additives batch preparation progress and ensure final result of the additives batches are as per requirement, in case of a deviation corrective action to be taken.
To communicate and coordinate with other teams such as maintenance, electrical, instrumentation, utilities and safety as and when required, also to ensure that any information critical to process, production and quality is communicated to seniors, in time.
To suggest ideas/schemes/modifications to the seniors for any improvement in process reliability, energy saving and safety.
To check/review the Process Control Records and other quality records are updated routinely by the Production Technicians and Operator.
To instruct the workers & bagging leader to pack the final product according to the customer requirement.
To ensure that all raw materials/additives meet the quality standards.
To check if the stocks of raw materials/additive and packing materials are sufficient and inform seniors in case of any shortage from the levels of safe stocks.

Responsibilities:-

Responsible for meeting quality standards and deadlines for products.
Supervise and manage resources to achieve production target and quality.
Responsible on taking corrective and/or preventive action based on abnormality report.
To ensure all machine running smoothly base on planning and using right standard procedure (SOP).
To verify all machine and equipment's used in production area are service and maintain its functionality at all times.
Conduct any investigation related to production issue by practicing problem solving tools such as 5WHY and Fishbone diagram.
To lead monthly stock check (WIP) for fabric, chemical and dyestuff.
Assist superior for production study to improve efficiency and quality of our product.
Prepare documentation to comply with ISO 9001 2015.
Required to verify all control documents that related to audit and make sure the documents follow Good Documents Practice (GDP).
To arrange, control, supervising and conduct training to worker.
To ensure all worker performing their job following SOP/WI/Safety procedure.
To control subordinate performance and discipline at respective area.
Closely follow safety procedures to prevent accidents.
