Job Summary:
The Process Engineer is responsible for overseeing the development, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes. This role involves ensuring process efficiency, and meeting production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes including Laser Cut, welding, spray painting, bead blasting, CNC machining, and sheet metal forming.
- Oversee process route setup and ensure accurate implementation.
- Design and manage the fabrication of jigs and fixtures for process optimization and production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality control, to meet product specifications.
- Implement and monitor process improvements, including line balancing and industrial engineering.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by the Department Head or Management as needed to support the company's priorities.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in process/product engineering or a related role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in process optimization for Laser Cut, welding, spray painting, bead blasting, CNC machining, and sheet metal forming.
- Knowledge of jig and fixture fabrication.
- Knowledge of industrial engineering and line balancing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
