  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

The Process Engineer is responsible for overseeing the development, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes. This role involves ensuring process efficiency, and meeting production goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes including Laser Cut, welding, spray painting, bead blasting, CNC machining, and sheet metal forming.
  • Oversee process route setup and ensure accurate implementation.
  • Design and manage the fabrication of jigs and fixtures for process optimization and production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality control, to meet product specifications.
  • Implement and monitor process improvements, including line balancing and industrial engineering.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by the Department Head or Management as needed to support the company's priorities.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in process/product engineering or a related role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in process optimization for Laser Cut, welding, spray painting, bead blasting, CNC machining, and sheet metal forming.
  • Knowledge of jig and fixture fabrication.
  • Knowledge of industrial engineering and line balancing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
