  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The position shall be based in our Resort at Mantanani Island.

Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible to assist the Executive Chef to manage all kitchen operations within authorized guidelines and to Company established standards.
  • Responsible to propose menus, kitchen-related purchases and continuously makes necessary improvements.
  • Responsible to maintain positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and respond to customer needs.
  • Responsible to establish targets, KPI’s, duty rosters, schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible to comply with all food, kitchen health, and safety regulations
  • Hiring, training, and managing kitchen staff.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends.

Requirements:-

  • A certificate, diploma, or degree in Culinary Arts / Kitchen Management is a prerequisite.
  • 5 years of experience in the hospitality culinary / food & beverage industry.
  • Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • ISO and IT literate.
