Job Description:

  • To assist sales team in responding to customers inquiries, including sample arrangements, preparation of quotations, complaints and etc
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing personnel to prepare sales forecast, conduct market survey, and sales related matters.
  • Assist sales team to prepare marketing tools and administrative work ( accommodation , flight booking and etc)
  • Work closely with Supply chain team to manage orders and ensuring on time delivery
  • Follow up and work to continuously improve all shipping, receiving, and inventory responsibilities and duties
  • Ensure compliance to company policies pertaining to methods, procedure, records, report conduct and etc
  • Taking initiative to better themselves in the task they are performing.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least degree in science , Business Studies/Administration /Management, supply chain or equivalent field
  • At least 2-3Years of working experience is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin(We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
