Job Description:
- Accounts Payable: Process invoices, manage payments, and maintain vendor records.
Accounts Receivable: Monitor and manage incoming payments, handle customer invoicing, and reconcile accounts.
Hotel Purchasing: Oversee procurement of hotel supplies, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery.
Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Reporting: Prepare financial reports and assist with budget preparation.
Other Duties: Assist with various accounting tasks and administrative support as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Languages - English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.)
- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Candidate with 1 Year(s) - Junior Executive of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
- Good communication skills.
- Preferably candidates who are able to start immediately or within short notice.
- Working hour: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5.00pm)
- Candidates must be willing to work at Laksamana Cheng Ho, Melaka.
