Responsibilities
- Issuing invoices, delivery orders and sales order
- Undertaking basic bookkeeping tasks
- Checking and sorting email and purchase order
- Answering the phone to answer enquiries and orders
- Perform other office duties as assigned
Requirements
- Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and responsible character
- Great communication skills, brave to ask questions
- Good at multitasking
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft programmes
- Minimum education level: SPM certified
- Possess Accounting knowledge is a plus
- Proficient in AutoCount software is a plus
Day: 5.5 days
Working hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm on Weekdays
8.30 am to 1.00 pm on Saturday
