Responsibilities

  • Issuing invoices, delivery orders and sales order
  • Undertaking basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Checking and sorting email and purchase order
  • Answering the phone to answer enquiries and orders
  • Perform other office duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and responsible character
  • Great communication skills, brave to ask questions
  • Good at multitasking
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft programmes
  • Minimum education level: SPM certified
  • Possess Accounting knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient in AutoCount software is a plus

Day: 5.5 days

Working hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm on Weekdays

8.30 am to 1.00 pm on Saturday
