Scope of work:

- Attending to guests online and phone inquiries.

- Organize maintenance tasks with in-house technician.

- Cleaning and housekeeping supervising in homestay.

- Miscellaneous administrative and reporting tasks.

Requirements:

  • Well in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skill
  • Required language(s): Fluent in spoken/written Mandarin and English, Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Education: Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
  • Experience: 1 – 2 years’ experience in related industry field
