Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role located in Bukit Damansara for a Web Store Admin. The Web Store Admin will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the online store, updating product listings, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

HP Store (Daily)

  • Products with marketing call out / discount / promotion
  • Broken links
  • No zero pricing
  • Campaign expiration
  • Magento inventory report

KPI

  • Grow Revenue
  • Optimize Conversion
  • Increase Average Order Value
  • 100% accuracy on product content
  • 100% Content with Rich content
  • Grow Attach rate

Product Maintenance

  • Add products to site and ensure quality content (Images, Content, specs, Recommended products, Rich content
  • Remove products from site upon EOL
  • Maintain pricing for sku
  • Maintain bundle, simple, configurable products

Promotions

  • Product marketing call outs
  • Badges, call outs
  • Pricing maintenance for promotions
  • Cart / catalog rules
  • Create promotions on store
  • Offers page creation (PLP)
  • Promotion execution
  • New promotion vehicles like (Spin and Win)
  • NPI takeover and schedule

Recommended Products

  • Dynamic bundles
  • SKU based recommendation

Ad - served Banners (Magento and Ad Butler)

  • Add, segment, monitor performance
  • PLP banners
  • Landing pages / Family banners
  • Campaigns banners

URL / Facets Management

  • Tagging of product to correct classification
  • Assigning all site URLs

Site Audits

  • Work with Merch team to provide site audits and issue tracking

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and content management systems
  • Experience in online product management and inventory control
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with online marketing and customer service principles
  • Knowledge of web analytics and online payment systems
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
