  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, including managing personnel and resources.
  • Ensuring that all construction activities are performed in accordance with the project plan and within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Managing safety on the construction site and ensuring that all workers follow safety procedures and regulations.
  • Coordinating the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, including owners, clients, and community members.
  • Ensuring that construction activities are performed in compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Monitoring construction progress and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Approving invoices and other financial transactions related to the construction project.
  • Overseeing the quality of work performed by contractors and subcontractors.
  • Conducting regular meetings with the construction team and other stakeholders to provide updates on the project's progress and address any concern.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in construction industry.
  • Computer literature with knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with AUTOCAD and similar computer aided design tools.
  • Committed and passion for working in construction and engineering field.
  • Pleasant personality with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess own transport and must be willing to be based in Penang.
