  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the consumer division of Serial remotely
  • Supervise to ensure smooth sales and purchase order processing & delivery fulfilment
  • Liaise with forwarders on outgoing/incoming shipments to customers/vendors
  • Maintain accurate vendor sales and Inventory reporting
  • Handle and prepare supplier claims in a timely manner
  • Prepare documentation to leasing company
  • Maintenance of prices and new products in website etc
  • Participate in yearly stock-take exercise
  • Carry out Migration process for new on-bounding Entity, working closely with IT Staff
  • Constant re-alignment and improvement of Operational Processes and procedures
  • Support and work closely with cross functional teams such as Finance/Trade Compliance Team/Internal Audit/IT departments for business and audit compliance
  • Lead or Participate in Group- level Projects with Finance such as yearly Marine Coverage/ Warehouse cost review/asset management and Internal trade Compliance Team
  • Maintain website prices
  • Any other jobs assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or Diploma in related studies with minimum 5 years’ experience preferably in related industries
  • Result-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Excel
