Responsibilities :-
- In charge of financial and accounting functions of the Company. Prepare financial reports and ensure all financial transactions are conducted legally and ethically.
- Assist in purchasing, administering stock control, organizing deliveries and dispatch of goods in warehouses.
Job Functions :-
- Handle day to day accounting transactions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables and General Ledger.
- Prepare full set of accounts for financial audits and tax audits.
- Liaise with both internal and external parties including company secretary, council, customs, bankers, authorities and auditors
- Prepare PO, liaise with forwarders on shipments and custom clearance
- Arrange for receiving and dispatching of goods.
- In charge of Store and Logistics- Monitoring and receiving incoming goods and arranging outgoing shipments
Requirements :-
- A Diploma or higher qualification in accounting, finance or related professional.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Working experience in the marketing and logistics environment will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of accounting software and must be computer literate
- Meticulous, independent, analytical and self-motivated
